New Faces from Cool Places!

Our goal is even closer than we thought… New additions to The Neighborhood are making our dream of becoming a true co-op environment happen. This month alone, we have six new tenants to announce. A new production company, a model management company, and a fashion designer are just a few! We will even have a live radio broadcast every Monday and Friday evening courtesy of one of our new Neighbors. As each one brings something different to the table, it makes this an even more creative and eclectic place to work. Welcome new Neighbors!

Waiting for My Close-Up!

The doctor’s in the house! All Ages Productions came to the stage to shoot a commercial for a new medical device. In the theme of waiting, our scenic team was in the studio till the wee hours of the night, waiting for some stubborn spackle to dry for the set the next morning. Even Keren, our Accounts Manager found her inner construction worker, sanding for the first time in her life. At the shoot, we all wanted to be extras, if only to chill in the sweet faux waiting room!

Puppet Love!

The other day, none other than PECO dropped by to film a set of commercials for the energy-conscious consumer. If you like puppets, this would have been the shoot for you. The puppet vent and air conditioner were pretty cool, even as they hacked and spewed-out clouds of dust – eww! The set themselves were nothing to sneeze at, so take a look at the pics to see what we’re talking about!

Spoofin the Spice

Brains and brawn were definitely present in this elaborately staged shoot by Lafayete Hill Studios… there was everything from fake muscle costumes to rain rigs to phones falling from the sky. Give it up for Josh Kopelman for giving the Old Spice guy a run for his money! This had to be one of the most interesting shoots we’ve had to date.
