Waiting for My Close-Up!

The doctor’s in the house! All Ages Productions came to the stage to shoot a commercial for a new medical device. In the theme of waiting, our scenic team was in the studio till the wee hours of the night, waiting for some stubborn spackle to dry for the set the next morning. Even Keren, our Accounts Manager found her inner construction worker, sanding for the first time in her life. At the shoot, we all wanted to be extras, if only to chill in the sweet faux waiting room!

Puppet Love!

The other day, none other than PECO dropped by to film a set of commercials for the energy-conscious consumer. If you like puppets, this would have been the shoot for you. The puppet vent and air conditioner were pretty cool, even as they hacked and spewed-out clouds of dust – eww! The set themselves were nothing to sneeze at, so take a look at the pics to see what we’re talking about!

Give it up to our resident neighbors – South 9 Entertainment – who shot a video with Meek Mills in the one and only Neighborhood housed on the second floor of Philadelphia Sound Stages. Brains and brawn were definitely present in this elaborately staged shoot by Lafayete Hill Studios… there was everything from fake muscle costumes to rain rigs to phones falling from the sky. Give it up for Josh Kopelman for giving the Old Spice guy a run for his money! This had to be one of the most interesting shoots we’ve had to date. On Thursday, November 18th, we celebrated the opening of The Neighborhood with a fabulous red carpet gala. Lots of our friends from the industry came out to celebrate, watch our new friend Christine the aerialist perform, rock out to Chris Schutz and the Tourists, check out an impromptu set by rapper Ryan Banks and Chad Ginsburg from CKY, and tear it up on the dance floor!
